Refund Policy

DELIVERIES

All products ordered on our site are sent to the delivery address indicated by the buyer at the time of his order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

For mainland France :

  • Letter followed up (48-72h)
  • Colissimo (48h)
  • Colissimo registered with delivery against signature (48h)

Note: QUINQUE is in no way responsible in the event of a loss of parcels by the Post Office.

Even if these incidents are rare, know that you will never be completely insured if you do not decide to opt for sending by registered Colissimo (with delivery against signature). All orders by registered Colissimo are insured in R2, this means that compensation may be received in the event of loss or damage. Finally, the goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer, who is responsible for checking their good condition at the time of delivery.

All orders are shipped via Colissimo International*

RETURNS

QUINQUE cares about customer satisfaction when purchasing.

To return the order, send us an email at hello@quinqueskincare.com within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order with the following information:

• Order number
• Delivery date
• Name and Address
• Reason for return

Items must be in the same condition that you received them: undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging.

In your return, you must send us: the items and the purchase receipt.
To initiate the return, contact us at hello@quinqueskincare.com.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damage and trouble
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.


REFUNDS

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made​.​
