DELIVERIES
All products ordered on our website are shipped to the shipping address indicated at the time of ordering.
All orders are processed within 24-72 working hours from the date of order confirmation. If this is not possible for any exceptional reason, you will be duly notified by our Customer Service.
QUINQUE delivers to all European Union countries. Below you will find more details about the shipping costs for each country:
SPAIN PENINSULA :
- FREE shipping with express courier or MRW
REST OF SPAIN :
- Balearic Islands - EUR 5,00 for orders under 50 EUR.
- Canary Islands - EUR 8,00 on orders under 50 EUR.
- Ceuta and Melilla - EUR 10,00 on orders under 50 EUR.
- FREE on purchases over 50 EUR.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE
- FREE express delivery with Colissimo
FRANCE DOM TOM
- EUR 15,00 on orders under 100 EUR.
- FREE on purchases over 100 EUR.
EUROPEAN UNION :
- EUR 15,00 on orders under 100 EUR.
- FREE on purchases over 100 EUR.
If you wish to change the delivery address once your purchase has been confirmed, it is very important that you contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once the order has left the warehouse, we cannot make changes to the delivery address and your parcel will be sent to the address indicated on the confirmed order.
The carrier selected for both domestic and international shipments depends on the destination. If you have any questions, you can contact us at hello@quinqueskincare.com.
When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. In the event of any delivery incident, the carrier will contact you to schedule a second delivery at your convenience.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
For all returns, please contact us at hello@quinqueskincare.com within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order, indicating :
- Order number
- Date of delivery
- Name and address
- Reason for return
The items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unopened, in their original packaging.
You must send your return to us within 28 days of purchase.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the package.
We recommend that you open the order as soon as you receive it, and if the goods are faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve the problem.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at hello@quinqueskincare.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at our warehouse located at C/ Vergara 12 28013 Madrid, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
