How to contact customer service?

I contacted you, when will I receive my answer?

We will respond to you within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays , where we will read your message the next day. Deadlines may vary during periods of offers or at Christmas time for example, when we are in high demand. If you do not have an answer after this time, do not hesitate to contact us by chat , because your message may have fallen into our spam folder.


Where can I have my order delivered?

In Europe . For France, we send your parcels with Colissimo.

For Spain, we work with MRW.

All the details of the costs and deadlines by geographical area can be found on the page Deliveries & Returns . Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the rest of the continents.

What is the delivery time for my order?

In France and Spain with a delay of 24-72h.

I placed an order this weekend, when will you ship it?

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday is therefore processed on Monday. In the event of a public holiday, the order is processed the following day as well.

How to modify the contents of my order

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove one or more items from your order. If you wish to return one or more product(s) to us after delivery, go to the section Deliveries & returns to find out about our return conditions.

I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it?

Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. If the order is already taken care of by the warehouse, we will however no longer be able to modify it. Who is Mercedes?

Pharmacist and founder of QUINQUE.

After my studies in pharmacy and cosmetics, and a few years spent in this industry that fascinates me, I develop a range of natural cosmetics that are as effective as conventional cosmetics.

For the past few years, I've lived in different cities, large and small, with varying climates and even though I love it, my skin has never gotten used to it. So I decided to create a range of products for all urban and “rushed” skin types that lack attention and time.
